The Focke-Wulf Fw 190, also known as the Würger (shrike in German), was a single-seat fighter and fighter-bomber aircraft. At the time of its entry into service in 1941, it was in the opinion of some authors the most advanced fighter in the world. Faster than the Spitfire, its roll rate was exceptional. One of its shortcomings was its tendency to stall without warning during high-g turns due to the elastic deformation of the wingtips, resulting in overturning and entering a spin that was difficult to remedy if the altitude was too low. source wikipedia
