Dornier Do 24
The Dornier Do 24 was a three-engined long-range ocean reconnaissance seaplane that first flew in 1937. mainly for sea rescue. Originally built for the Netherlands, it was used by the German navy when the German Wehrmacht invaded the Netherlands. Another production line for the Do 24 was established at the CAMS factory in Sartrouville, France, during the German occupation. This line was operated by SNCAN and produced 48 Do 24s during the war and another 40 after the liberation of France, which served in the French Navy until 1952. source wikipedia.
