Ho 229

Ho 229 aircraft image

The Ho 229 (or Gotha Go 229) was a German fighter/bomber prototype designed by Reimar and Walter Horten to be built by Gothaer Waggonfabrik. Developed late in World War II, it was one of the first flying-wing aircraft to be powered by jet engines. The flying-wing configuration was preferred by the Horten brothers because of its high aerodynamic efficiency, as demonstrated by their Horten H.IV glider. To minimise drag. source wikipedia
